Do You WOW?

Creating a WOW impression for your customers should be the top priority for your business.  Whether you sell entertainment, author books or sell real estate, your customer’s first experience should be WOW.

I had a conversation with Monica who owns a popular local restaurant. She had an unhappy customer give her poor a review on Google. She did not know how to respond, so she did nothing. The following week she had a new customer that told her they debated on checking out her restaurant because of the review. I explained to Cherie that the way to deal with the negative was to turn it into a positive. Make it work for her instead of against her. Respond to the complaint with an apology, no matter what the situation. Offer a discount for their next visit. Try to make them feel better. That way anyone that reads that review, will clearly see you made every effort to make that customer happy. It will not work in every situation but is far better than not responding at all.
